Living Water Birth offers holistic, balanced, and individualized midwifery care to families of Northwest San Antonio and the surrounding Hill Country areas. We offer prenatal and postpartum care in our cozy office located in beautiful Boerne. You will enjoy labor and birth in your home with our dedicated and joyful team of midwives and apprentices. Heather Randolph is a Certified Professional Midwife and Licensed Midwife who serves families across the Texas Hill Country through home birth care with Living Water Birth. Her journey into birth work was shaped by her own experiences as a mother—four very different labors that grew her knowledge, confidence, and deep respect for the power of informed choice.
Heather was born in Texas and raised all over the country in a military family. She met her husband, Eric, in high school, and they’ve now been married for over 15 years. Together, they’ve raised four children and welcomed their first grandbaby—a constant reminder of the beauty and generational impact of birth.
Clients often describe Heather as joyful, grounded, and approachable. She brings a calm presence to the birth space and a belief that every woman deserves to be seen, heard, and supported throughout her journey. Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, Heather is passionate about walking alongside families with both care and confidence.
When she’s not attending births, Heather can be found soaking up time with her family, chasing goats and dogs on their 28-acre Hill Country property, or sharing endless coffee and good conversation with friends.
Naomi Thomas is a Certified Professional Midwife and Licensed Midwife who brings warmth, compassion, and a deep love for people into every birth space. Her journey to midwifery was rooted in a lifelong passion for supporting others and a desire to see families welcomed into parenthood with confidence and care.
Though raised in Colorado, Naomi is a proud Texas girl at heart. She’s been married to her high school best friend, Ryan, for over 25 years, and together they’ve raised four children—plus a son-in-law and their first grandbaby, who recently joined the family. Their youngest son was born in Haiti and became part of their family through the gift of adoption, a life-changing experience that inspired their ongoing work supporting communities in Haiti through nonprofit outreach.
Clients describe Naomi as steady, kind, and full of life. She believes birth should be safe, empowering, and centered on the family’s values and needs. Whether offering encouragement, listening with intention, or laughing alongside you, Naomi brings both professionalism and heart to her care.
When she’s not attending births, Naomi is likely outside soaking up the sunshine—hiking, biking, or just relaxing with a good coffee and her family nearby. Her life is grounded in faith, joy, and a deep commitment to serving others wherever she’s called.
Bethany Adrian is a Licensed Midwife with a background in nursing and a passion for holistic, family-centered care. She began her career in 2016 as a Labor & Delivery nurse in a hospital setting, where she gained invaluable experience and a deep respect for the birth process. After starting a family of her own, Bethany felt called to a more personal, hands-on approach to maternity care—a journey that led her to midwifery and the heart of out-of-hospital birth.
Bethany believes that birth is sacred and transformative—not just for the mother, but for the entire family and birth team. She considers it an honor to walk alongside families during such a meaningful season and brings both clinical skill and heartfelt support to every step of the journey.
She and her husband, Blake, have three wonderful children and are raising their family in the Texas Hill Country. Together, they are passionate about faith, family, and foster care—having served as foster parents and now advocates for children and families in crisis. Life is full and joyful, often spent outdoors, hopping from park to park, or enjoying quiet moments together in nature.
Bethany is thrilled to be a part of the Living Water Birth team and looks forward to building lasting connections with the families she serves.
