Welcome to La Luz Midwifery! I’m Crista Elizondo, a licensed midwife dedicated to providing mothers and their families with compassionate, comprehensive, and personalized care throughout their prenatal, labor, home-birth, and postpartum journey.

San Antonio has been my home for the past 12 years, though my journey has also taken me to Los Angeles, Atlanta, Phoenix, and Mexico. These experiences have enriched my passion for midwifery, nourishment, alternative medicine, and fostering a strong sense of community. I officially launched La Luz Midwifery in April 2024, and I’m honored to support families in creating meaningful and empowering birth experiences.
